Buck Shot (Feeds 4–5)

Choose four different meat options: 1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 lb pulled pork, 4 pork spare ribs, 4 sausage links, or 4 chicken pieces. Includes 4 pieces of bread. No doubling or tripling of meats.

Texas Two Step

Choose two different smoked meats and two sides. Bread, pickles, and onions included upon request. No doubling of meats.

The McSkinny

Two fresh chopped pork spare ribs layered over creamy mac & cheese and topped with hatch chile queso, pickles, onions, and coleslaw (contains pecans). Includes your choice of side.

The Cowboy

1/4 lb brisket stacked with a full sausage link and crispy onion rings, finished with pickles, onions, and BBQ sauce. Includes your choice of side.

El Bravo

1/4 lb brisket served over mac & cheese and finished with rich hatch chile queso, pickles, and onions. Includes your choice of side.

Prego Fries

Fully loaded fries topped with your choice of meat, mac & cheese, BBQ beans, hatch chile queso, and BBQ sauce.

Loaded Fries

Crispy fries topped with your choice of brisket or pulled pork, smothered in hatch chile queso and Skinny’s BBQ sauce.

Mac Attack

Creamy mac & cheese loaded with your choice of brisket, pulled pork, or sausage and finished with BBQ sauce.

Coleslaw

Contains pecans.
