With years of experience and a passion for smoking meats, he brings the heat to every meal! From smoky brisket to succulent ribs. His dishes are sure to satisfy even the most discerning palate.

Jason is always on hand to greet customers and make sure they have a great customer experience at Skinny's BBQ. If you see him serving some of his award winning BBQ, don't be shy and say "Howdy!". Sides: The classics never die and it's because they are perfect and there's no need to reinvent them. that being said chef Jason has added the perfect twist to our Mac and Cheese, Beans and slaw. Making our sides the perfect companion to our smoked meats.

Meat & poultry: BBQ in it's true form is a symphony of tender flavorful bites. From our chicken, sausages, brisket and pulled pork everything has been prepared in house. Our rubs and seasonings have been developed by chef Jason so you know there's a twist that will have you coming for more.

In House Sauces: Do you want have our award winning sauce at home? You can pick them up in person at our location (1320 N Zaragoza Rd Ste 105). You can also buy our seasoning there as well.
